This is my current way of doing it:
I buy the film directly from Kodak at1-800-621-FILM
(They don't have an online store anymore.)
I have it processed at Franklin Labs:

(They also sell the stock, but the last time I checked, Kodak was slightly cheaper.)
You should know that you are getting into this at an odd time. Kodak has just changed the chemistry of their two Black and White reversal films.

The new Plus-X will be 100ASA. If you get the old stock you have to either expose it at 100 ASA or shoot it at 50 and have it processed via the old process. In other words, talk to the lab and see what they are doing before you expose the film. Many of the labs are still doing the old process because a lot of folks have the old film and still want to expose it at 50 ASA. I've been poking around the message boards for weeks and haven't been able to find anybody who has tried the new film.
I would say your chances of getting the new stuff are better if you buy from Kodak, and getting the old stuff are better if you but from Franklin.
Oh, by the way: shooting Black and White is one of the really cool things about Super-8. Enjoy!

I agree buying direct from Kodak makes the most sense.
There is also Film and Video Services in Minneapolis--They are cheap but I have gotten cleaning marks on the last few rolls from them.
Good Luck
